Educate students through planning and delivering instruction:  

Responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

•Enforce the course of study, rules, and regulations prescribed for schools

•Develop lesson plans that address the Arizona Career and Technical Education (CTE) Health & Occupation Standards

•Monitor and assess student mastery of the Arizona CTE Technical and Workplace Employability Standards

•Keep parents apprised of student progress

•Maintain student confidentiality

•Adjust instruction to meet individual differences and specific IEP (Individual Education Plan) objectives

•Work with colleagues and ancillary personnel in development of student programs

•Participate in staff meeting, professional development activities and district trainings

•Manage an active HOSA Chapter

 

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

•Valid Arizona Department of Education Certificate with* PCTI (Provisional Career and Technical Education Health Occupation) 

•Official Transcripts

•Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
