WE ARE ON A 4-DAY SCHOOL WEEK.
Educate students through planning and delivering instruction.
Responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
*Plans, organizes, and provides instruction following the English Language Proficiency Standards (ELPS) and Arizona’s English Language Arts and Literacy Standards.
* Enforce the course of study, use of Beyond Textbooks (BT), rules and regulations prescribed for schools.
*Develops and implements lessons utilizing appropriate differentiated techniques and strategies that develop each student’s ability to read, write, speak, and listen.
* Effectively use the BT calendar while using multiple resources to support instruction.
* Utilizes data to effectively target the academic needs of students.
* Monitor and assess student mastery of the Arizona Academic Standards.
* Maintain student confidentiality.
* Keep parents informed of student progress.
* Adjust instruction to meet individual differences and specific IEP objectives.
* Work with colleagues and ancillary personnel develop student programs
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities and district in-service
sessions

Job Qualifications and Requirements:
*Bachelor of Arts Degree, minimum
*Valid State of Arizona Elementary Teaching Certificate with SEI Endorsement
*Transcripts, and
*Valid AZ. IV Fingerprint Clearance Card
*Valid AZ Teaching Certificate and HQ test results.
